With her Colombian roots, Nadia brings a vibrant and fiery energy to our team. Her passion for every project and relentless drive to achieve new heights set her apart. Always well-prepared and brimming with enthusiasm, Nadia embodies the bold spirit of SMACER, inspiring those around her to take the leap and embrace growth.
Before joining SMACER as a partner, Nadia successfully established the Iberia region for another M&A consultancy. She has extensive international experience, having worked in sales for a Swiss AI-based software company in England and the BENELUX region. Prior to moving to Switzerland, Nadia was part of the business development team for The Walt Disney Company in LATAM markets for over 10 years, taking on roles in sales, licensing, distribution, and partnerships. Nadia’s dynamic presence is felt wherever she goes.
Janick breaks the mold of the typical Swiss: he loves the sun, the heat (over 30 degrees), and the beach, but his ambition and pragmatism reveal his Swiss qualities. Always with a great story to tell, Janick has a unique talent for bringing the right people together and creating exceptional teams. Janick takes the leap to explore new horizons, pushing boundaries and achieving unprecedented heights. He is our Trailblazer.
Before becoming a partner at SMACER, Janick worked successfully at another M&A consultancy, where he was responsible for the DACH region. As part of the management team, he developed various teams within the organization. Previously, he worked for a Colorado (United States) based, international software company (with over $2.5 billion in annual revenue) as a Sales Director for the DACH region. This leads to extensive international experience in a cross culture environment.
For Timon, no mountain race is too long or steep, and no challenge is too great. His love for sports is matched by his passion for numbers. Send him some data, and he’ll return results you never imagined. Timon always goes above and beyond in every project, with precision and expertise. He is our Numbers Mountaineer.
Before joining SMACER, Timon worked as a senior M&A consultant, successfully handling transactions of all sizes in Switzerland and Germany. For over 10 years, he was the IT leader at a European retail company during their SAP migration project, earning the nickname Mr. Masterdata.
During his time as e-commerce manager, Timon also built up extensive IT expertise in the area of online stores and process optimisation. His experience as a project manager enables him to successfully realize projects of any challenge.
